The Aircraft Fueling Technician plays a vital role in our daily operations and will provide an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers on the ground by fueling and positioning aircraft, assisting with luggage and effectively communicating on the radio with aviation customer service representatives.Celebrating our passion for aviation and providing extraordinary customer experiences, Freeman Jet Center services private aircraft as well as military and commercial aircraft. We thrive in a team environment and are seeking extremely talented employees to contribute to our team at Freeman Jet Center.Responsibilities and Duties Aircraft movement, placement, fueling, and storageFuel movement- quality control, disposal, and paperworkDaily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehiclesFacility maintenance and upkeepCustomer service, promotion of servicesMonthly crew meetingsAnnual re-current trainingReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Competencies Customer focus-naturally outgoing/extrovertedCommunicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communicationsMust be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company (Requires clean driving record)Strong computer skills including Microsoft office productsBasic mathematical knowledgeBi-bilingual preferredReporting Relationship This position reports to the Line Service ManagerWork Environment This position works outside in all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.
