This is a hands-on leadership role—not a stand-around-and-point job.What You’ll Do:Lead and work alongside a crew on concrete restoration projects (sidewalks, curbs, patches, small pours)Set the pace, maintain quality, and keep jobs moving efficientlyTrain and direct crew members while holding them accountableEnsure all work is completed safely and meets company standardsCommunicate clearly with ownership and crewWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a concrete finisher/foremanStrong understanding of small-scale restoration workAbility to lead a crew and handle difficult personalities when neededWilling to jump in and do any part of the jobReliable, on time, and ready to work early (yard ready by 6:45 AM)Solid knowledge of tools, finishing techniques, and jobsite flowMust take pride in clean, quality workRequirements:3 years + Concrete lead experienceValid driver’s licenseAbility to pass drug screeningMust follow all safety protocolsMust come ready to work (boots, long pants, etc.)What We Offer:Weekly pay (Thursdays)Company-paid health insurance after 90 daysQuarterly safety & attendance bonusesRetirement plan with company matchPaid time off after 9 monthsOpportunity to grow with a company that values hard work and accountabilityThe Right Person:You don’t make excuses.
