FOH Team Members

The Aielli Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our dynamic team for our Sea Salt St. Pete location. As a FOH Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, helping to create an exceptional dining experience. This role requires a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist in seating them promptly. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Address guest concerns and feedback professionally to enhance their overall experience. Assist in training new FOH staff, sharing best practices and enhancing team performance. Uphold health and safety regulations while following all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
