We are expanding our physical retail footprint through immersive showroom experiences that bring our brand to life and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. We are seeking a highly organized and driven Showroom Project Manager to join our Operations team. This role will lead the planning, execution, and rollout of new showroom locations and ongoing showroom initiatives. This position requires strong project management skills, cross-functional coordination, and a high level of ownership to ensure showroom projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with Redwood Outdoors’ premium brand experience. This role will be highly collaborative and involved in every stage of the showroom development process, from initial site selection through lease execution, construction, and launch. This role is based in our Kent, WA headquarters and requires approximately 50% travel to support new showroom openings across multiple states. What You’ll Do in the Role: Showroom Development & Construction Management Own end-to-end execution of showroom buildouts, from site selection through construction and opening Manage all phases of commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects, including pre-construction, permitting, construction, and final turnover Partner closely with brokers, landlords, architects, and designers during site selection and design development Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with brand, budget, and operational requirements General Contractor & Vendor Management Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors and subcontractors across all trades Oversee contractor performance, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Manage scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple showroom openings and remodels Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across operations, finance, marketing, and leadership teams Ensure all project milestones, inspections, and handoffs are completed on schedule Cross-Functional Launch Coordination Partner with internal teams to support go-to-market readiness, including merchandising, training, and operational setup Ensure seamless transition from construction completion to showroom opening and operational readiness Support continuous improvement of buildout processes as the company scales Risk Management & Continuous Improvement Identify and mitigate project risks, including construction delays, budget constraints, and vendor issues Continuously improve processes, vendor relationships, and execution standards across showroom rollouts Help standardize playbooks and frameworks for consistent, scalable showroom development What You’ll Need for the Role: 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in retail construction, tenant improvements (TI), or showroom/physical space buildouts Proven experience managing commercial TI projects end-to-end, including scope, schedule, and budget Hands-on experience managing general contractors and subcontractors across multiple trades Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications Experience partnering with brokers, landlords, architects, and vendors throughout site selection and buildout Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel approximately 50% for site visits, construction oversight, and showroom openings Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 hours a day) with occasional weekend work during travel Work Location: Kent HQ: 20720 72nd Ave S Kent, WA 98032 Compensation: As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s).
