Job TitleDuties/ResponsibilitiesAbility to learn HASTUS to provide ongoing support to Digital Modernization (DM) and the Bus and Rail Scheduling Operations teamsStrong understanding of the technical subject matter and relevant technologiesAttend Train-the-Trainer course for Phase 2 Rail + MVP Bus Daily OPS & BiddingPrepare training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online resources such as CBTsAssess the effectiveness of the HASTUS training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustmentsWork with subject matter experts, DM teams, and HR/Payroll to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify training needsAbility to identify and resolve training-related issuesExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearly and conciselyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldSkill - Required/Desired - Years of ExperienceExperience developing and designing technical training content - Required - 6-10 YearsExperience delivering technical system training - Required - 6-10 YearsExperience with curriculum development and successful technical training delivery - Required - 10 YearsExperience developing training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online resources such as CBTs - Required - 5-8 YearsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - RequiredKnowledge of Transit Scheduling and Daily Operations systems such as Trapeze and/or HASTUS - Required
