Technical Lead

Job Title: Teamcenter Solution Architect / Technical LeadLocation: Miami, Florida (Onsite)We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect / Technical Lead to lead enterprise PLM implementations, integrations, and customization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, SAP integrations, system customization, and data migration, with a proven ability to deliver scalable and high-performance PLM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Teamcenter implementations and integrations with SAP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.Lead the design and implementation of bidirectional integrations using AIG (T4S/T4ST/C4NT), ensuring data consistency, scalability, and performance.Architect and oversee Teamcenter solutions across modules including Change Management, Workflow, Structure Manager, Query Builder, Reports, BMIDE, and Access Manager.Drive Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, Active Workspace (AWC), BMIDE, Java, and TCL.Design enterprise data models, interface architectures, and deployment strategies aligned with business and IT standards.Provide technical leadership across development, configuration, integration, deployment, and migration workstreams.Establish best practices for workflow design, access controls, reporting, governance, and schedule management.Lead data migration planning and execution from legacy systems to Teamcenter.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across customization and integration layers while ensuring optimal platform performance.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Mentor development teams on coding standards, version control, development methodologies, and best practices.Ensure quality, compliance, and governance throughout the implementation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.Stay current with advancements in Teamcenter, SAP integration technologies, and PLM industry best practices.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Teamcenter modules including Change Management, Workflow, Structure Manager, Query Builder, Reports, BMIDE, and Access Manager.Deep expertise in Teamcenter customization using ITK, SOA, AWC, BMIDE, TCL, and Java.Proven experience with Teamcenter integrations, including T4S/T4ST, CAD integrations, deployment, and configuration.Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, Angular, and TCL.Experience working with Access Manager, Workflow Designer, Report Builder, and Schedule Manager.Expertise in designing and executing data migration strategies from legacy PLM systems.Hands-on experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, and version control systems.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, influence architectural decisions, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
