The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in ICU leadership, particularly in the areas of optimizing departmental KPIs, mentoring staff, and driving stability. Key responsibilities for the Interim ICU Director include managing ongoing initiatives related to policies and procedures, staff stabilization, bed availability, patient care, and quality measures. The role demands a leader who can effectively collaborate with the team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Applicants for the Interim ICU Director position at the company must have a BSN, with a master's degree preferred, and an active D.C. RN license. A minimum of 7 years' clinical nursing experience, including at least 3 years in nursing management, is required. The ideal candidate will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and must hold BLS and ALS certifications.
