Based in Grand Haven, MI, the machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, interpreting technical blueprints, and setting up machinery for efficient production. Day-to-day duties will include machining, quality inspection, and ensuring optimal machine operation to produce precision parts that meet high standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and operating CNC milling machinery, specifically Mazak-focused equipmentExpertise in Machining and Milling processes to produce high-quality componentsSkills in Quality Control to inspect and ensure compliance with technical specificationsStrong understanding of Machinery maintenance and troubleshootingAttention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and ability to work within a teamPrior experience in a precision manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or apprenticeship training is a plus
