This role is responsible for supporting the agency management of client policies and will assist account managers within an assigned regional team to service policyholder accounts. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.Be ready to:foster relationships and build trust with our agency partnersanswer phone calls from customers promptly and provide a high level of servicecommunicates with policyholders to request information for underwriting and agency fileprocess activities generated in EPIC (Agency Management System) to maintain accurate account informationgather information from policyholders for endorsements, updates agency system, and submits to underwriting team for processingkeep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policiesassist account manager with incoming questions about insurance policiesBe equipped with:ability and willingness to work in a team settingstrong time management skillsmaintain a positive attitudemake efficient use of timedemonstrate an acceptable level of attention to detailability to develop positive relationshipsdemonstrates adaptability to new processes and proceduresability to collaborate and communicate effectivelyapply problem-solving skills and decision-making skillsutilize the appropriate communication method for the situation - email, phone, transaction note, Teams, face-to-face or virtualthe ability to obtain and maintain agent licenseBring education and experience from:high school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferredrelevant work experience requiredproficiency in Microsoft Office toolsEnhance your talentsProviding outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
