I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations Strong Neuro experience is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with stroke care, cerebral monitoring and drains, vents, drips, chest tubes, spinal drains, JPs, and CRRT patients is required.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: 2 years of MedSurg and ICU experience. Strong Neuro experience (including stroke care, cerebral monitoring/drains, and spinal drains). Experience with vents, drips, chest tubes, and JPs.COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted.
