We offer a range of minimally invasive procedures using robotic-assisted technology, imaging, and a inpatient rehabilitation center, all on one campus.PACU 2 provides care across Pre-Operative, Post-Operative, and Cardiac Catheterization Lab (pre- and recovery) phases. Nurses support patients before surgery, during immediate recovery, and throughout post-procedure stabilization. As a member this this team, you'll play a critical role in preparing patients for surgery and cardiac procedures, as well as guiding them through recovery. You'll collaborate closely with anesthesia providers and physicians, gaining hands-on experience across multiple phases of surgical care.UNIT INFORMATIONNurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2 to 1:3Bed Capacity: 30 baysMultiple shifts including:5:00am - 3:30pm6:00am - 4:30pm9:00am - 7:30pm* 1:00pm - 11:30pmNew Premiums*5% Market Pay DifferentialIncreased Night Shift Premium - 10%$2 Weekend Differential$10, 000 Sign on BonusREQUIREMENTS:* Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.* Certified BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
