Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.PreferredAt least 4 years of experience in development, Requirements, testing, deployment of applications using mainframe, DB2, Mainframe Batch Jobs, JCLAt least 2 years of experience Agile Project development methodologyKnowledge of Mainframe batch job schedulersUnderstanding and usage of UDB, SQL Server databaseUnderstanding of IBM MQ or other messaging frameworksGood to have experience in Insurance domainStrong understanding of common software development practicesGood Analytical skillsAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
