Join us and be part of a team that values expertise, professionalism, and community trust. Role Description This is a part time, on-site role for a Lead Generator at Lowes in Port St Lucie location. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and generating leads for HVAC services. Primary tasks include building client lists, contacting potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role may also involve collaborating with the sales team and contributing to strategies to meet lead generation goals. Shift is 10am-2pm Sat, Sunday are mandatory days. Full time available for the right candidate after 90 days. Qualifications Strong Communication, Relationship-Building, and Customer Service skillsSales Outreach, Cold Calling, and Lead Follow-Up experienceData Management, Record-Keeping, and Microsoft Office proficiencySelf-Motivation and Goal-Oriented MindsetAbility to work collaboratively with a team and follow designated processesFamiliarity with heating and cooling industry services is a plusProven experience in a similar role is preferred
