Thanks to our local roots and our worldwide reach, we have an extensive knowledge of our markets and are masters of our destiny.Your future roleAct as a financial business partner for manufacturing operations and support strategic decision-makingAnalyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational variances to identify improvement opportunitiesPrepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for leadership teamsParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesEnsure accurate inventory valuation and support physical inventory processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and supply chainSupport audit activities, internal controls, and compliance with financial standardsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP systems and financial processesSupport the growth of the business and service point deployment and tax codesRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldThree to five years of experience in financial analysis, including experience supporting a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, budgeting, and variance analysisProficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsAnalytical mindset with strong communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience with Power BI, Tableau, JDE, or similar tools is considered an assetAbility to work autonomously while managing multiple prioritiesIntrapreneurial mindsetExcellent English communication skills, both spoken and writtenUp to 10% travel requiredDo these words spark your interest?Do your eyes light up when you read about this great opportunity?
