Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service and educate customers on client products and services. Represent client brands at marketing campaigns, community events, and promotional initiatives. Create positive customer experiences that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. Support field marketing campaigns designed to drive customer engagement and client growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and internal teams.
