HR Generalist

HR GeneralistOur client in Chicagoland, IL is looking for a Direct Hire On-Site HR Generalist. The successful candidate will support HR functions by administering benefit plans, onboarding new team members, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and working closely with Corporate HR. Salary: $90k-$95k DOE Requirements: BA/BS in Human Resources or related equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist Experience in a manufacturing environment is required! Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and local employment/labor laws and regulations.
