Role Description We are looking for a client advisor to join our team in a full-time, on-site role, located in the WEST VILLAGE location in NYC. As a client advisor, you will engage customers by providing exceptional service, styling clients, and building relationships to ensure a personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include: assisting with in-store visual merchandising, achieving personal sales targets, maintaining store standards, and fostering loyalty by promoting the brand values. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and inspiring environment that reflects the ba&sh aesthetic. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skillsPassion for fashion, styling, and providing an elevated shopping experienceAbility to meet sales targets and demonstrate results-driven performanceOrganizational skills with an eye for detail, especially in merchandising and store presentationProactive approach to team collaboration and problem-solvingFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as requiredPrior experience in luxury or fashion retail is a plusCommitment to upholding ba&sh’s values, inspiring confidence, and enthusiasm in customers
