Technical Program Manager IIIitD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional data engineering programs supporting global legal and regulatory initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving alignment between engineering, legal, and business teams, ensuring efficient delivery of scalable data solutions while improving operational workflows and program execution standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical program management and data engineering environments and a proven track record of delivering cross-functional programs, stakeholder alignment, and process improvements at scale.Location: Remote (US - West Coast/PST preferred).Duration: 7 monthsWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesLead execution of cross-functional programs supporting data engineering initiatives within legal and regulatory domainsDefine program scope, goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreamsDrive roadmap alignment across engineering, legal, and business stakeholders while managing dependenciesIdentify program risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure predictable deliveryTrack project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely execution of deliverablesDevelop clear documentation, executive updates, and stakeholder communications for both technical and non-technical audiencesImprove operational processes and program structures to increase efficiency and reduce iteration cyclesAdvocate for high-quality technical design and influence engineering best practices and system architecture decisionsInternal ResponsibilitiesAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunitiesRequired Qualifications and Skills5-7 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM), preferably within data engineering environmentsProven experience managing cross-functional (XFN) programs involving engineering, legal, and business stakeholdersStrong program/project management skills including planning, tracking, and execution of complex initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-level presentations and documentationExperience managing tasks, sprints, and workflows across multiple teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications and SkillsExperience working in eDiscovery, legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated environmentsExposure to interdisciplinary roles or non-traditional career paths (e.g., startups, multiple domains)Experience leveraging AI tools to improve processes or automate workflowsFamiliarity with large-scale data systems and pipeline deliveryEducationBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience requiredCompany DescriptionAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
