Build customer interaction tools across chat, email, and voice channels, incorporating sentiment analysis, escalation workflows, and transcript analytics. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to create BRDs, FRS, and process models that drive enterprise-grade solutions. Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to monitor project health, release metrics, and feature adoption.
