We hire top talent who share our values! The Role The Production Associate – Level 2 is a full-time position that is responsible to assemble our abrasive blasting equipment and accessories. The role consists of a wide range of activities including equipment assembly, equipment repair, equipment testing and minor fabrication.. Timely, successful and profitable completion of all assigned jobs is critical. Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, jigs and fixtures Read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions Utilize work orders, bills of materials and drawings to determine necessary components, order of assembly, testing and quality requirements Utilize lifting equipment (hoist, forklift, etc.) to move and position workpieces Work in a self-directed and independent fashion. We will provide training and support, but rely on you to take initiative Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise Ensure the quality of the output of the department, including your work and the work of others Continuous improvement mindset – we are always seeking to improve our business and will value your input from day 1 Ensure the products/services produced by the Production team are delivered on time and in exceptional condition Minimal travel required, if any. Other duties as assigned. Work Environment Mechanical Assembly Work SCHEDULE 1st Shift, between hours of 7am-5pm, OT as necessary Required Skills/Qualifications 1-3 years experience in a production environment, preferably in the assembly of industrial components.Please highlight your mechanical assembly experience in your application including relevant hobbies such as automotive repair. Welding experience a plus – MIG, Stick Excellent written & verbal communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. High School Diploma Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
