Interim Commissions Consultant
A company is looking for an Interim Commissions Consultant to support sales compensation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly and quarterly sales commission calculations across multiple teams
Maintain and update compensation workbooks tied to quota attainment and variable compensation plans
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies related to sales performance and payouts
Required Qualifications:
7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or sales finance with business partnering exposure
Prior experience supporting sales compensation or variable commission plans
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, multi-source datasets
Willingness to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment
