Job Details
DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve inbound order discrepancies, missing items, and order issues.
Support DC and Merchant's with order issues, resolving issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with merchants and receiving teams to ensure inbound order flow.
Monitor vendor performance and delivery metrics to ensure timely product availability
Cross-Department Collaboration
Act as a bridge between the Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to support product receipts
Collaborate with buyers, planners, and logistics teams to align with inventory strategy.
Recommend process improvements to reduce recurring problems and increase efficiency.
Operational Efficiency
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in supply chain processes that impact merchandising goals.
Recommend and implement improvements in product distribution, order flow, and stock levels.
Assist in developing KPI dashboards and reporting tools to track supply chain-merchandising
Technology & Systems
Work with JDA, WMS, and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze and report data.
Maintain accurate item and vendor information in internal systems to ensure data integrity across functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
24 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, inventory planning, or merchandising operations.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; experience with ERP and forecasting systems preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:Experience in retail, distribution, or consumer goods.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) and assortment planning.
Knowledge of supply chain best practices, including just-in-time (JIT), vendor-managed inventory (VMI), and demand planning.
