Manager is open for a relocation candidatesJob Description: About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Junior Electrical Design Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team of approximately 30 professionals, including Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Drafters. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work, attention to detail, and team collaboration.This role focuses on supporting the design and development of routing systems, wiring harnesses, and electrical schematics for automotive or heavy/industrial equipment applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop routing designs, wiring harnesses, and electrical schematicsCreate and modify 3D models and drawings for electrical components and assemblies (e.g., cables, sensor groups, mounting brackets)Evaluate designs for cost-effectiveness, reliability, and safetyInterpret engineering prints, drawings, and standardsApply GD&T principles where applicableCommunicate technical information with: Internal engineering teamsSuppliers and cross-functional stakeholdersCollaborate daily with peers and engage in weekly reviews with team leads to discuss priorities, deadlines, and developmentTypical Work ActivitiesDesigning and updating electrical models and assembliesCreating and modifying wiring schematicsReviewing technical drawings and specificationsSupporting continuous design improvementsParticipating in team collaboration and problem-solving discussionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) Associate degree may be consideredInternships accepted as experienceMaster’s degree considered overqualifiedOpen for relocation candidates0–2 years of experience in engineering or related field
