The successful candidate will be responsible for driving retirement plan sales, ensuring client retention, and maintaining fiduciary and compliance standards. This executive leadership role requires a strong background in retirement plan solutions, with a focus on collaboration with internal teams, advisors, recordkeepers, and participating employers. The VP will also be a subject matter expert, helping to position the company as a leading provider of retirement benefits.Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Retirement Services include leading the expansion of the Pooled Employer Plan, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and overseeing all aspects of retirement plan operations. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth, as well as experience in presenting to executive leadership and industry partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree and relevant certifications strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in retirement plan administration, consulting, or related areas, and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is also required.Travel Percent
