Role: Dispatcher I (Onsite)Location: Lakewood, Colorado, United StatesEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Dispatcher I to coordinate delivery operations, manage customer communication, and support logistics efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for delivery-related customer inquiriesCoordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentManage incoming calls and provide support to internal and external stakeholdersReview and verify delivery schedules, routes, and instructionsCommunicate important safety, load, and product handling information to customersSupport compliance with transportation and safety regulationsMaintain accurate records and assist in dispatch planningContribute to a safe and compliant work environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3–5 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer serviceStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and perform under pressureBasic computer proficiency; dispatch software experience preferredBilingual skills are a plusAdditional InformationWork may involve coordination with transportation and logistics teamsTravel requirements: minimalWork AuthorizationApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Health & SafetyThis role may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators where applicable.
