You’ll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. Reports to:Chief Nursing Officer FLSA:Non-ExemptEducation & Licensure Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN)Required, BSNPreferred.Licensure: Current unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact state as applicable)Required.Certifications: BLS (CPR) -Requiredupon hire.CPI or Handle With Care -Preferred.ACLS -Preferred.CRRN -Preferred.Required Skills & Experience: Graduate of an accredited nursing program -Required.6+ months Med/Surg experience -Preferred.Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience -Preferred.Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills.Calm, compassionate, and focused under pressure.Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care.Understanding of Trauma -informed care (Preferred).Department Overview: OurBehavioral Health Departmentis a150-bed inpatient facilitydesigned to foster healing, safety, and innovation.
