Maintenance Person

We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance person to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly Responsibilities: Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Qualifications: Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures 2+ years of maintenance experience Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends About Company Our property's vision is to have a positive impact.
