In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting dignity, comfort, and overall well-being while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately obtain and document vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations, and report changes to licensed nursing staffAssist residents with mobility, including safe transfers, ambulation, and repositioning in accordance with care plansProvide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingRespond promptly and professionally to call lights and resident requestsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with infection control and safety protocolsObserve and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team membersAdhere to all facility policies, state and federal regulations, and infection prevention standardsQualificationsActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wyoming, in good standing with no findings on the Nurse Aide RegistryAbility to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodationStrong teamwork and collaboration skills within a clinical environmentEffective critical thinking and ability to adapt in a fast-paced settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to providing compassionate, high-quality, person-centered careBenefitsCompetitive pay401KHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Care Cash ProgramReferral Bonus ProgramSupportive and collaborative work environmentGrow With UsAt Casper Mountain Rehab, we are committed to developing our team.
