Job Title: SAP OTC / SDContract Type: B2B ContractStart Date: ASAPDuration: 6 months + possible extensionLocation: must be based in Latin America (preferred locations: Brazil, Mexico, Argentina)Languages RequiredEnglish (fluent)Spanish (fluent)Portuguese (fluent)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in SD and OTC processes to support a global S/4HANA implementation program. The role focuses on driving process standardization, ensuring best practice adoption, and supporting end-to-end solution design and delivery across regional workstreams.You will act as a key functional expert, partnering closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, process alignment, and business value realization.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the assigned workstream.Promote and embed best practices while translating core project design principles into operational processes.Identify process gaps and define, standardize, and improve processes across the region.Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Define, manage, and prioritize scope within assigned work packages, ensuring alignment with business value (Fit-for-Purpose approach).Support delivery of work packages according to plan, reporting progress to the Regional Deployment Lead.Ensure high-quality standards across all deliverables in compliance with project methodologies, documentation, and tools.Challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement and innovation.Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP implementation activities.Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in supply chain planning and SAP processes/systems.Monitor progress against project plans and coordinate with PMO and project coordinators to ensure timely updates.Escalate risks, delays, or issues proactively to the workstream lead when required.Identify, document, and assess issues, including impact analysis and recommended resolutions.Support global function leadership in stakeholder communication, user engagement, and change management activities.Requirements7+ years of SAP SD experience7+ years of SAP OTC experienceProven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projectsExperience working in global or multinational project environmentsStrong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate independently in complex, cross-functional environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetIf you think you are the right fit for this role, please apply with your CV.
