JOB TITLE: Warehouse Associate I - (DAY SHIFT ONLY!) WHAT YOU WILL DO: Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against load lists Unload, unpack and inspect products for damages or defects Pick, pack, and load orders accurately and efficiently Metal repair including: hardware replacements and reshaping Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring aisles are clear and products are properly stored Participate in Continuous Improvement activities Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, following safety guidelines Assist with local installations/removals as needed Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Proven experience in a warehouse or similar manufacturing environment Experience in carpentry and/or mechanical repairs Ability to safely operate power tools and warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy; especially when working alone Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks Forklift certification, preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team ADDITIONAL INFORMATION A background check and drug test will be required for employment in this position.
