Executive Assistant
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant role with Mariner is a trusted operational partner. This role combines traditional executive support with limited personal assistance responsibilities. The position is primarily focused on managing the Director’s active and frequently changing schedule, maintaining communication flow, and ensuring that administrative and logistical details are handled smoothly.While the applicant’s work schedule will generally align with standard business hours, flexibility and responsiveness outside those hours are occasionally required.The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, extremely organized, discreet, technologically fluent, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCalendar and Scheduling Management - coordinating meetings across multiple organizations, clients, and advisorsEmail and Communication Management - responding directly to scheduling and administrative mattersTravel Coordination - coordinating commercial travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportationDocument and Information ManagementAdministrative CoordinationMeeting Preparation - preparing briefing materials, ensuring Director is informed and prepared for upcoming meetingsTeam Support - Supporting other Wealth team members as neededSkillsExceptional organizational disciplineHigh responsiveness and reliabilityStrong judgment in prioritization and scheduling decisionsComfortable handling confidential financial, legal, and estate planning informationPositive and professional personalityStrong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and colleaguesAbility to work independently with minimal directionRequired Education And ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of Executive Assistant experiencePrior experience supporting senior executives or foundersDemonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and high-volume communicationsExperience working in environments requiring strict confidentialityWe welcome your interest in being a part of our firm.
