Operator-Coating

*JOB TITLE:* Operator *DEPARTMENT:* Operations-Coating *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Setup and operate automated coating equipment * Perform basic inspection of coated assemblies * Touch up coating by hand as needed * Use of computer for basic data entry * All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager *QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:* * Self-motivated as well as the ability to work well with others * Good vision and finger dexterity * Strong attention to detail * Interpretation of drawings and specifications * Strong communication skills * General computer skills * Basic mathematical skills * Willingness to cross-train into different positions as needed * Must be able to work in a standing/walking or seated position for up to 8 hours per day * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. * Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language * Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check * Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description * Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies * Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy *EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:* * High school diploma or equivalent * Trained in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies preferred, but not required Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
