About the Job🚀 We’re Hiring: Medical Sales Associate Position Blue Varden Medical is seeking motivated and driven full-time Sales Associates to support our continued growth and expanding product portfolio. This is an entry level position into our Sales Associate Training Program and does not require medical sales experience. Hiring for two positions, one in Los Angeles and one TBD in Southern California. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in medical sales while developing relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers and learning the fundamentals of the medical sales business. We work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals in specialties including Orthopedics, Plastics, OBGYN, Cardiothoracic, and General Surgery. Candidates with strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, attention to detail, ability to take direction and an interest in the medical device and healthcare industry are encouraged to apply. As a Sales Associate, you’ll assist with business development efforts, help manage customer relationships, support product education initiatives, contribute to overall product education and growth across assigned accounts. Initial paid training program from day one, with built-in promotion upon completion of 1st phase of training, plus 2nd promotion to $60,000 base plus bonus opportunities at the conclusion of 6 months of training. Job includes extensive surgeon/hospital research, cold calls, email outreach and tracking in surgeon/facility grids (Excel/Google Sheets docs).
