We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Orthodontic Assistant who wants to grow with us long-term.Position SummaryThe Orthodontic Assistant will support the orthodontist in delivering excellent patient care while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for both children and adults. The ideal candidate is skilled, organized, and confident working in a fast-paced orthodontic setting. Having Front desk experience is a PLUS.ResponsibilitiesAssist the orthodontist with:Fixed appliances and bracesInvisalign and clear aligner treatmentsManage orthodontic emergencies efficiently and calmlyTake high-quality digital scans and orthodontic recordsPrepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization protocolsEducate patients and parents on oral hygiene and appliance careCommunicate clearly and compassionately with children, teens, and adultsMaintain accurate and organized patient recordsSupport a smooth patient flow throughout the dayAssist with front desk duties as needed (a plus)QualificationsPrevious orthodontic assisting experience requiredExperience with:Fixed appliances and bracesInvisalign / aligner systemsSterilization and infection controlOrthodontic emergenciesDigital scans and recordsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, professional, and team-oriented attitudeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a busy clinical environmentFront desk experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Full-time position (part-time may be considered for the right candidate)Supportive and friendly work environmentOpportunity for growth and long-term career developmentTeam-oriented culture that values learning and collaborationHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief introduction.
