We craft high-quality edits for digital media companies and Oscar-winning film studios.We’re expanding our freelance roster and looking for a creative, technically strong short-form Video Editor who can move fast without sacrificing storytelling.What you’ll doEdit high-volume short-form content from raw footage to final delivery (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)Craft strong pacing, selects, and structure, not just cutsIncorporate feedback quickly and professionally from creative leadsAdd music, SFX, basic motion graphics, and captions when neededPerform basic color correction and audio balancingDeliver platform-optimized exports (aspect ratios, safe areas, compression, hooks)Keep projects organized (bins, sequences, naming conventions) and maintain clean handoffsStay current on short-form trends and best practicesWhat we’re looking forStrong working experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (fast workflow, keyboard shortcuts, clean timelines)Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, comedic timing (when applicable), and storyFluency in TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts formats and conventionsSolid fundamentals in audio (levels, dialogue clarity) and basic colorHigh attention to detail, reliability, and time managementComfortable working on tight turnaroundsHours / Engagement20–30 hours per week (1099)Ongoing freelance work with potential to grow based on fit and volumeHow to applyEmail the following to shawn@envizion.co and zach@envizion.coYour name + location/time zone1–3 examples of your best edits (links preferred)A short note on your availability (hrs/week) + turnaround capacityResume/portfolio (optional but welcome)Company: EnvizionWebsite: https://www.envizion.co/
