Client Management - Senior Manager

**About the Role:**As a CBRE Senior Manager - Client Management, you willprovide comprehensive support to the Client Management director and ClientAccount Leads (CALs), ensuring the smooth operation of key client managementprocesses. This position requires an understanding of real estate fundadministration principles, the ability to manage multiple prioritieseffectively and strong communication skillsThis job is part of the Client Management job function. Theyare responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance of client managementprocesses and procedures.**What You'll Do:**+ Prepare and coordinate the fee administration cycle for global and regional clients, including quarterly fee calculations, variance analysis, and invoice distribution, ensuring accurate quarterly fee calculations delivered within established deadlines.+ Support Client Management Director with fee administration projects.+ Review and resolve aged and open AR items in coordination with CALs, Operations, Finance and Clients.+ Reporting and data analysis for global leadership and assigned clients (labor allocation, profitability analysis, trends and insights, etc.).+ Track Service Changes and maintaining relevant documentation.+ Calculate and monitor KPIs for clients.+ Provide robust support to CALs in planning and executing of client governance meetings (preparation ofmeeting materials, minutes, track follow up actions).+ Assist CALs with the quarterly forecast process for assigned clients.+ Document processes and procedures to support client management and CAL operation models.+ Assist with ad-hoc projects.+ Manage projects independently and coordinate with stakeholders and the Client Management Team to produce efficient business solutions.+ Communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders.**What You'll Need:**+ Bachelor's Degree required with 5-8 years of relevant experience.+ ACCA, CIMA, CFA, and CPA certifications are preferred.+ Good understanding of Real Estate Fund Administration business.+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritisation and organizational skills.+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.+ Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.+ Experience with Revenue administration and reporting will be an advantage.+ Experience with project management and systems management is a plus.+ Experience with managing direct report is a plus.CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determinecompensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. Theminimum salary for this position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salaryfor this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to asuccessful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, andexperience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionarybonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.**What you'll need**+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.+ Experience in running Life Sciences and /or Manufacturing facilities.+ Leadership of large teams that include Hard and Soft Services, Utilities / Powerplant, Material Handling and Logistics.+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
