Process Technician Level C - SebringFL Sebring - Sebring, FL 33870OverviewSalary Range $25.36 - $26.11 HourlyDescriptionPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Processing Technician to support and optimize blow-molding production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as the first line of technical support on the floortroubleshooting processes, supporting operators, improving efficiency, and ensuring safe, high-quality production. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, coaching others, and working directly with industrial equipment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the first-line responder for troubleshooting blow molding and secondary operations issuesMonitor equipment performance and process conditions, adjusting maintain quality and efficiencySupport and guide machine operators to maximize uptime, safety, and production outputPerform job changeovers, tooling adjustments, and minor repairs as requiredAssist with preventive maintenance activities in coordination with MaintenanceIdentify and mitigate safety risks; ensure compliance with all safety policies and proceduresDrive scrap reduction, rework reduction, and continuous improvement initiativesTrain and develop operators using standard work and operating proceduresCommunicate effectively across shifts to ensure continuity of operations and issue resolutionSupport plant startup and shutdown activities as assignedAct as backup to the Shift Supervisor during absences when neededMaintain accurate production, process, and quality documentationQualificationsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentDemonstrated understanding of manufacturing safety fundamentalsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilityAbility to work in a hot manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standard processesReliable attendance and strong work ethicMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningPreferred Experience & Skills (Not Required)Blow molding process experienceFamiliarity with blow molding tooling and accumulator head pressesKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic polymer processingExperience with robotics, conveyors, or material handling systemsBasic electrical safety and troubleshooting knowledgeOSHA and environmental safety awarenessForklift or industrial equipment certificationsPreventive maintenance exposureBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, digital documentation)
