Residential Production Manager
JOB SUMMARY: The Residential Project Manager ensures a successful management of each projects through the entire workflow with our team and the positive customer experience. Coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards2. Work with roofing crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met3. Maintain accurate records of all roofing projects, inspections, and repairs performed on properties4. Utilize Dataforma software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer information, roofing projects, inspections, and communications, ensuring efficient project tracking and client management.5. Verify that the daily schedule will allow the division to operate efficiently6. Verify that projects are installed according to manufacturer specifications7. Ensure timecards and sub crew pay is submitted accurately and on time for all employees8. Prepare and issue change orders for additional work performed9. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on job sites, including delays, quality concerns, or client complaints, ensuring timely solutions and minimal disruption to the project timeline.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
