Job TitleDelta Workforce is hiring a 3rd shift process technician for a plastic mold facility in Portage.Job DescriptionEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for machine start-upsWork with injection molding machines and secondary equipment on tooling issues to reduce downtime and improve efficiencyEnsure machines are running at optimum efficiencyTroubleshoot machine, mold, and material problemsReport to Manager any difficulties or problems requiring special attentionResponsible for the accurate completion of Process Verification and Tool Reports as requiredResponsible for die change activitiesRequirements:Prior experience in Plastic Injection Molding, including mold changes, hydraulics, and electricalEducation to support mold set-ups and troubleshootingComputer skills, including machine controlSkills to perform process parameters of all presses operating during scheduled shiftExcellent verbal and written communication skills
