Summary:
Triad Electronic Technologies, a well-established and growing electronics manufacturing partner dedicated to creating a cleaner, safer, healthier, and smarter world, is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Program/Account Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the dynamic electronics industry, with a focus on circuit board assembly.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Assist in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Account Assistance: Support Account Managers in gathering information, preparing quotes, and tracking project progress.
Financial Coordination: Help monitor account financials, including pricing and NWC utilization, under the guidance of experienced managers.
Operational Support: Assist with processing orders for electronic components and assemblies, change orders, and RMA procedures.
Learning & Development: Actively participate in training and development programs to gain knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take initiative.
