Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Lake City, FL. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, handling correspondence, and providing support to executives. The role requires strong attention to detail in executing clerical duties and maintaining efficient office workflows. The individual will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing schedules, maintaining records, and managing office operations.Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette, with the ability to manage phone calls and effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is highly desirable.Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
