Pay: $20-$30/hour -Dependent upon experience, availability & qualifications
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Seasonal Food and Beverage Manager to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department.
Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Manage budgets and financial performance of the department.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to commute/relocate: Warwick, NY 10990: Reliably commute in ALL weather conditions or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
