Data Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior)We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level / Junior Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that help improve operational performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to communicate insights clearly.Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. The Data Analyst will assist in generating reports, building dashboards, and performing descriptive analysis to support business stakeholders. The role also involves identifying patterns and trends, tracking key performance indicators, supporting data validation processes, and ensuring data quality across reporting systems. In addition, the analyst will contribute to ad hoc analysis requests and help translate business questions into structured analytical outputs.The successful candidate should be comfortable working with datasets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Additional responsibilities may include supporting data visualization initiatives, assisting in automation of reporting processes, preparing presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement of data workflows and analytics practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, reporting principles, and statistical methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is highly preferred. Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and adapt in a dynamic environment. A strong interest in data, curiosity, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
