We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.Job SummaryWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java) to architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems that operate at significant scale and across multiple business domains. In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, from translating business requirements into robust technical designs, to writing production-quality code, to deploying cloud-native services and supporting them through their full operational lifespan.Required Qualifications6+ years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applicationsStrong, demonstrable understanding of data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, and end-to-end system design principlesAdvanced working knowledge of Java (versions 11 and 17), the Spring Boot framework, and the design of clean, idiomatic RESTful APIsHands-on, production-level experience designing and operating microservices architectures, including service decomposition, inter-service communication, and observability patternsProven experience developing front-end applications using React, with working familiarity in Angular or Vue considered a strong plusStrong SQL skills and meaningful experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including query tuning and schema designSolid experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based version control workflows, including branching strategies, code review practices, and release managementHands-on experience deploying applications to at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including familiarity with managed services, networking, and identity primitivesPreferred QualificationsExperience designing and operating event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent streaming platformsFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes in production environmentsExposure to distributed system design principles such as eventual consistency, CAP trade-offs, idempotency, and saga patternsExperience writing automation tests using modern frameworks and contributing to test-driven and behavior-driven development practicesHow to ApplyInterested, please apply or send your resume to jaya@bvteck.com or contact us at (908) 505-3545.
