Seeking a Senior Estate Administration Paralegal to work collaboratively with paralegals and Associate Attorneys in estate and trust administration in Maryland.DescriptionProvide overall support to Principal Attorneys and work collaboratively with paralegals and Associate Attorneys in estate and trust administration in Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia and Florida.Drafting of Engagement Letters, Petitions and supporting documents for probate and trust administrationCase Management - review of asset information, preparation of inventories and accountings, petitions for feesClient Contact and Collaborative Contact with Appraisers, Financial Advisors and CPAs - on phone and in personCalendaring and maintaining critical deadlinesGeneral Administrative duties - copying, scanning, organizing and establishing client filesQualificationsPrevious experience as legal assistant or paralegal in estate administration preferred7- 10 or more years of experience in Estate AdministrationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suites and office equipmentAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-orientedComfortable speaking with Clients and Following up with themBenefitsCompetitive salary based upon experience and great benefits.401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance8 hour shift
