Languages: French, Dutch and/or English Bonus points: knowledge of eProcurement and 3P Your Role As a Public Procurement Lawyer, you act as an intermediary and facilitator between the end client, internal teams, and suppliers, while ensuring compliance with the administrative and legal framework. Provide specialized legal advice on public procurement. Ensure the compliance of procurement procedures with current regulations. Draft and/or revise tender documents, contracts, and other associated legal documents. Manage public procurement litigation, including preparing defense files. Negotiate amicable settlements with relevant stakeholders. Ensure continuous legal monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments. Inform and train internal teams on regulatory changes and their implications. Organize and lead training/awareness sessions on best practices in public procurement. Design educational materials tailored to different levels of expertise. Support operational teams in preparing files and contract monitoring. Promote a culture of public procurement and adherence to principles: equal treatment, competition, transparency, and proportionality. Your profile A Master's degree in Law is required, with a specialization in public procurement being a major asset. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in public procurement, ideally in classic and/or special sectors. Excellent legal drafting skills Perfect command of French and a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English. Proficiency in MS O365 applications. Knowledge of eProcurement and 3P is a plus.
