Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO, for a dedicated and experienced Childcare Director. The Childcare Director will oversee daily operations, create and implement educational programs, and ensure compliance with state and local licensing regulations. Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a safe and engaging educational environment, maintaining positive relationships with families, and overseeing enrollment and program development. The Director will also be responsible for setting and maintaining a high standard of care and education for all children. Qualifications Strong expertise in Childcare and Early Childhood Development, with a commitment to fostering growth and learning in young children.Education-focused skills, with experience designing, implementing, and assessing early learning programs.Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with families, staff, and the broader school community.Proficiency in organizational management and leadership to coordinate staff, maintain operational standards, and meet compliance requirements.Relevant certifications and training in early childhood education and childcare management are highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
