We have multiple onsite locations across the United States for our clientFor our client, a leading company in the USA, we are looking for a Occupational TherapistSalary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experienceLocation: Onsite, United States - Multiple Locations ( New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Illinois, Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Connecticut, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, California, Texas, Missouri, Nevada, Dakota, Kansas, Arkansas, Indiana, Alabama, Kentucky, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Utah)Your responsibilities:Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized therapy plans. Design and implement treatment programs to help patients improve daily living and working skills. Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive tools to support recovery and enhance independence. Educate patients and families on home care plans, safety, and adaptive strategies. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing patient evaluation and goals. Provide support across various settings including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and homes.Your qualifications:Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MSOT, OTD). Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). Proven experience in occupational therapy (at least 2–5 years preferred). Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and rehabilitation strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
