Dear Applicant,Please let me know if you are interested.Job Title - MDM Operations Specialist Location - Jersey City, NJ – OnsiteHire Type – Long Term ContractClient is interested in the profiles that has both MDM and Mobile Cellular technicians (wireless carrier technicians, apple genius bar technicians etc.) Role OverviewThe MDM Operations Specialist will manage and support mobile device management (MDM) platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations across iOS and Android environments. This role involves incident resolution, service task management, configuration testing, and deployment of new features while adhering to client SLAs and security standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage EUC Mobile Ops team (Level 3 Escalation Support)Manage End user operations for personal & corporate owned Android and iOS devicesManage End user operations via Microsoft Intune / Omnissa Workspace One ,Blackberry UEMProvide quick support to VIP / VVIPs users for mobile operations.Prepare weekly Incident & Change management related reportsAttend daily Standup call & weekly Ops callPrepare Knowledge Base articles for handling complex issues on timely basisProvide KT to new joiners on demand basisProvide process improvement training to L2 / L1 teamProvide timely guidance to L2 / Remote support / Local IT teamCoordinate with Infra Ops / Product Engineering team on a timely basis for complex issuesClosely work with various product vendors support ticket like Microsoft / Omnissa / Black BerryRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of MDM platforms (Workspace ONE, Intune).Experience in mobile OS (iOS, Android) configuration and security testing.Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, and enterprise app integrations.Ability to troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications7-10 years of experience in MDM operations or mobile device security.Exposure to automation tools and reporting frameworks.ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge
