We are a high growth healthcare information technology company with a start-up 'vibe' but over 3,000 customers using our proven solutions.We’re seeking a Data Integration Analyst to support the successful implementation of Bluesight’s SaaS products for our hospital customers. This role is ideal for someone who combines a customer‑first mindset with technical aptitude, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Partnering closely with customer technical teams, you’ll help extract, transform, and deliver data into our platform while performing thorough validation to ensure each customer is positioned for long‑term success.This role is technical-focused and involves both customer interaction and scripting.Typical work breakdown:Configuring and executing infrastructure, validating and analyzing data: 25-35%Validating and analyzing data: 20-30%Customer-facing interactions: 20-25%Writing or updating SQL, Python, and various other tasks: 10-15%Representative Duties and Responsibilities:Consult with customers on how to properly extract, transform, and load their data into the Bluesight platformValidate, reconcile, and analyze data input from disparate systems to ensure data integrity using command line tools and scriptsClearly communicate data findings and serve as a point person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesDocument processes, edge cases, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharingCollaborate cross-functionally with the implementation, product, and engineering team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance data pipelinesOther duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience1+ years of experience in data analysis, experience in the healthcare industry a plusExperience with AWS services like AWS Glue, Step functions, Lambdas, etcExperience with queries on relational databases (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle) or non-relational databases (MongoDB). Ability to understand, and debug, existing codebases across multiple languages or frameworks (Python, Pyspark, Scala, Ruby etc)Familiarity with ETL concepts, data pipelines, and data validationProficiency operating from the command line (e.g. bash, zsh, powershell) to interact with files, data, execute scripts and command-line toolsProfessional communication skills - written and verbal - that demonstrate an ability to work well on a team and with both technical and non-technical customer contactsPreferred QualificationsExperience working on an Operations team, especially in an implementation-focused roleFamiliarity with installing or implementing SaaS products in a client environmentKnowledge of hospital EHR systems (e.g. Epic, Oracle (Cerner), MEDITECH, etc.)Knowledge of hospital ADC systems (e.g. PyxisES, Omnicell, etc.)Experience coding with Python or Ruby or other scripting languageExperience working with PHI, understanding of HIPAAThis position is open to applicants in the continental United States.Why Bluesight?Bluesight’s culture is built on innovation and teamwork. The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 and includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
